The Story
OnTime Transport WA is a school transportation service operating across Marysville, Everett, and Lynnwood, Washington. The client needed a modern, web-based platform to replace manual coordination — one that would let parents book recurring transport plans and track their child’s ride in real time, while giving the operations team a clean dashboard to manage routes, drivers, and bookings.
What Did USGamneeds Do
USGamNeeds designed and built a full-stack school transport management system using Laravel and Vue.js with an Inertia.js SPA architecture, deployed as a progressive web app. The platform includes a parent-facing portal for booking weekly and monthly transport plans, a live GPS tracking interface, and an operations dashboard for managing routes, scheduling, and student records. Booking management, driver coordination, and real-time status updates were all built into a single cohesive system.
